Responsibilities
Run weekly/bi-weekly case conferencing meetings with case managers.
Complete weekly 1 hr- supervision with case managers.
Provide ongoing quality assurance of case files on a monthly basis or as requested.
Assist in training all new hires on program rules and day to day responsibilities.
Communicate with stakeholders (EOVS, VA, CoCs, service partners, etc.) and attend community meetings as requested
Promote and teach the homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing model of service delivery for veterans.
Participate in monitoring the budget and be in charge of related reporting
Review housing opportunities with case managers and complete referral forms when needed.
Ensure re-certifications and follow-ups are completed on time and updated documents are collected.
Work with program director to provide support and professional growth opportunities to staff.
Assist with case assignments – as needed by Program Director.

Required
A bachelor's degree in education, counseling psychology, rehabilitative counseling, or related human service field or at least three years of experience in homeless services.
Knowledge and experience working with justice involved, veterans, mental health, substance use, and/or co-occurring individuals is preferred
Demonstrated strong presentation skills (written and verbal)
History of community leadership.
