Responsibilities
Perform intake of new requests/product support.
Work with development teams to scope and prioritize program/projects.
Manage program/project timelines.
Attend day to day sprint ceremonies, assisting PO’s drive deliverables and escalate concerns when needed.
Coordinate with external teams ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Develop and maintain detailed program/project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Provide guidance and direction to project managers and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and manage program/project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define program/project goals, objectives, and requirements.
Report program/project status to senior leadership, including progress, risks, issues, and recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the program/project management discipline.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
Relevant work experience in technology with a broad understanding across multiple IT disciplines.
Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team and with internal business and technology partners including executive management.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Experience managing programs/projects in a complex, enterprise-level environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to present different messaging across all project stakeholders including business and IT senior management, vendors and team members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT program/project management.
Preferred
Previous experience in Mortgage Banking and/or associated lines of business is highly preferred.
PMP certification is a plus.
