Responsibilities
Independently manage project execution as per the PMO playbook with no / minimal guidance
Identifies and communicates opportunities to improve efficiency or effectiveness of work group processes and practices.
Proficiency in communication, budget and issue/risk management across all stakeholders impacted by the scope of the project Program Leadership / Influence
Respected & trusted by all key stakeholders on both IT and Business
Has relationships and leverages other experts across the organization, with vendors, and peers at other companies.
Has broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
May be looked to as a lead displaying advanced knowledge in specialized area(s).
Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Contacts pertain to significant matters often involving coordination among groups.

Large scale technical deployments
Program/Project Management Experience
Strong presentation skills
Ability to quickly ramp on collaboration technologies (Google, SmartSheet, Quip, Slack)
Preferred
3 - 6 years of project management or related experience
Bachelors of Science in CS, MIS, related technical degree or equivalent work experience with minimum of 2 years of technical work experience
2+ plus years of project management or related experience with an emphasis in Agile methodologies
Experience in planning and implementation of cross-functional business efforts
Ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
Strong meeting management skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to analyze poorly defined areas and processes within a cross-functional organization and implement new and improved processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sound judgment about, when, how, what, and to whom to communicate
Ability to quickly establish and build close working relationships with team members of varying backgrounds and positions within an organization
Comfort with ambiguity and motivated to solve complex problems
Solution-oriented, collaborative & curious mindset
Experience managing and executing large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem-solving, and communicating recommendations
