Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of projects and communications
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other events as needed
Develop and distribute project updates, reports, and other materials to stakeholders

Required
3+ years of experience (not necessarily in DEI but experience with learning and training areas / space)
Program management skills – experience coordinating projects and ensuring alignment of multiple team members
Experience developing Project management: Creating trackers and timelines, managing stakeholders, providing status updates, managing deadlines and deliverables
Communications: Developing templates and formatting, turning content into digestible information for stakeholders
Stakeholder management: Coordinating reviews and incorporating feedback
Strong knowledge of computer software, including Google Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Team player
Strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Preferred
Experience in DEI, HR, or Learning
