Responsibilities

Lead and advance the AVDC project through the established timeline and work plan.
Collaborate with project personnel to ensure timely completion of milestones
Work collaboratively with, and solicit support from, stakeholders from various sectors, including business, philanthropy, nonprofit, and government
Facilitate stakeholder user group meetings to gather and synthesize feedback
Support the AVDC Meeting Facilitator in organizing and running quarterly meetings with the Leadership Roundtable and Advisory Council
Prepare and finalize reports for the Secretary of Transportation
Work closely with ITNAmerica, AVDC, CDC, and FTA staff
Manage the outbound campaign to recruit nonprofit transportation providers before the public information campaign goes live
Participate in providing feedback and user testing during the AVDC website development project
Handle the operations of the AVDC program and website during and after the launch
Working with the Marketing Manager and CTO, provide oversight of the AVDC Volunteer and Provider portal operations and customer journeys
Other duties as assigned.

Required

Proven project management experience and success
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video collaboration software (Zoom & Teams)

Experience with social media and social marketing
National program experience
Experience with national information campaigns
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with website or technology development, or startup experience
