Responsibilities

Proactively managing the overall relationship with a strategic hyperscale data center client

Manage national program projects impacting the critical infrastructure for the client's datacenter portfolio

Lead complex, multi-million-dollar new construction hyperscale data center projects

Identify the program requirements

Ensure operational integrity

Engage with internal customers

Support the program through the entire project life cycle.

Required

Proactively managing the overall relationship with a strategic hyperscale data center client.

Managing national program projects impacting the critical infrastructure for the client's datacenter portfolio.

Leading complex, multi-million-dollar new construction hyperscale data center projects.

Identifying the program requirements and operational integrity.

Engaging with internal customers and supporting the program through the entire project life cycle.

Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

Regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily.

Frequently required to stand and walk.

Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet.

May be required to work in tight, confined spaces.

Demonstrate regular and on-time attendance.

Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
