Responsibilities

Managing the operation and program management for ID at Xbox, including game title tracking through a process called Greenlight

Handling budgets for ID at Xbox, including the developer acceleration program and other funds

Managing the portfolio plays list, which involves playing and recommending games for Game Pass, Xbox showcases, and new hardware launches

Revamping the portfolio plays list and integrating it into CRM using ADO

Building out processes for new initiatives, such as the developer acceleration program and PLA managed and unmanaged Greenlight processes

Ensuring all processes are sustainable and well-documented, including creating training materials and managing stakeholder expectations
