Responsibilities
Contribute to managing the triage process for tickets between 2 engineering teams specializing in build SKUs.
Run daily triage, compile a list of tickets for triage, and coordinate between teams to identify needs.
Understand cloud engineering in addition to project management.

Required
2+ overall years of experience in the field
Engineering degree is highly preferred
Experience working closely with engineering teams
Cloud engineering background
Previous experience leading network calls or holding weekly meetings/scrums/workshops
Minimum 2 years experience with cloud engineering background
Minimum 2 years experience with ticketing systems (preferably ADO) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools
Minimum 2 years experience with Engineering Change Management or program management for engineering teams
