Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal departments to assist in compiling initial responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) aligning with the company’s capabilities and clients' needs.

Act as onboarding liaison for dedicated new client partners to ensure consistency and full understanding of client needs and program handling expectations.

Communicate client feedback, requirements, and concerns to internal teams in a timely and clear manner. As a result, complete the necessary client partner reporting on status and implementation and changes.

In partnership with the claims lead, prepare and deliver regular performance reports, business reviews and progress updates acting as liaison for all stewardship meetings.

Proactively monitor client satisfaction and engagement to ensure retention and identify potential growth opportunities.

Working with internal and external stakeholders plan, coordinate, and execute client partner onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed upon deliverables.

Identify potential risks during the implementation phase and develop mitigation strategies to effectively address them.

Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure all parties are informed and aligned on project progress and expectations.

Through data analysis, identify and work with internal teams to recommend and implement process improvements or program enhancements.

Alongside the claims lead, develop strategies for enhancing client experiences and optimizing service delivery.

Required

10 or more years of experience in the insurance industry, including claims operations and claims management

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Strong active listening skills to understand stakeholder needs and concerns

Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

Preferred

5 or more years of client relationship management, project management, or similar experience

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suites
