Responsibilities
Manage work orders throughout the week, performing quality control checks and requesting additional information needed.
Perform daily quality control checks and approvals of timesheets and work reports for payroll and billing.
Prepare and submit invoices to customers based on their processes and contractual requirements.
Communicate with project managers, field leaders, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Perform collection follow-ups till payment for the invoice is received and communicate when escalation support is needed.
Interact with customers to resolve billing issues and inquiries
Monitor systems, dashboards, and other reporting to prioritize QC and billing

Required
2-3+ years of Billing / Administration experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience in Excel: formulas, look-ups, pivot tables, data entry, etc.
General technical proficiency
Keyboard and 10-key proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
