Responsibilities
Case management services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities,
Conduct meetings, writing individual support plans and submitting those plans to DDA in order to request services,
Monthly monitoring of services and completion of vital paperwork.

Required
Bachelor’s degree – Preferred field social work, psychology, sociology or related field.
One to two years of work-related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A valid motor vehicle operator’s license is required.
Must have reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
Must authorize the release of any investigative and criminal records obtained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to the Tennessee Community Services Agency.
Preferred
ISC or DDA experience and/or certification a plus.
Knowledge of Katie Beckett Waiver Program is also a plus.
