Responsibilities

Project Manager will be leading a new product release initiative.

The PM will interface with global cross-functional teams such as Product Managers, Technical Leads, Engineering and Business Partners.

This is a Software-focused role; seeking SaaS (Software as a Service) and software delivery experience.

Device experience is required (for example medical, GPS, electrical, etc.).

Proficiency with Smartsheet and Jira are also preferred.

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years' experience managing complex programs with extensive experience in product launches and managing the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery

Deep understanding of iterative and incremental product development methodologies.

5+ years' experience with Scrum and proficiency in other agile practices.

Hands-on experience with SAFe is needed.

1 or more certification(s) in the program/project management arena such as change management, Lean Six Sigma (PMP, SAFe, Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt).

Proficiency in project management tools such as: Smartsheet, MS Project, or Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira).

Software delivery and Software as a Service (SaaS) is required

Recent and significant one or more devices is required (for example medical, GPS, electrical, etc.).

Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative leader. Maintain project status, provide status updates, and the ability to identify and remove blockers and mitigate risks

Excellent presentation and communication skills and strong facilitation skills to lead productive meetings and workshops.

Build relationships and trust across teams, collaborating effectively with all levels of the organization
