Responsibilities
Delivering day-to-day implementation of Programmatic Display and Video campaigns across key clients within the channel team
Overseeing project planning and budget management for accounts you manage
Learning about client businesses, industries, and their marketing plans to provide the best possible strategic guidance on digital media
Aligning media strategies with client business and marketing goals
Understanding client performance, creating forecasts, and running client planning sessions
Ensuring client accounts follow Programmatic and Display best practices
Staying informed on the latest developments in the space and ensuring clients are up-to-date
Playing an active role in defining Display best practices and scalable processes
Advocating the client's Programmatic strategy and supporting team members
Providing campaign reporting and measurement of campaign effectiveness
Completing ad hoc reports or duties as required
Working with cross-functional teams to maintain a best-in-class product offering
Leading the development of best practices and processes
Building relationships with Croud global teams and implementing best practices in the US
Utilizing tools such as Croud Control, DV360, Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, etc.
Delivering progress reports to Senior Account Managers and Account Directors
Owning workflow management with the Croudie Network within Croud Control
Quality checking work completed by the Croudie Network and providing feedback
Establishing outstanding client service and communications
Serving as the first level of issue escalation for clients
Developing case studies in the form of Test and Learn pieces
Supporting business development by contributing to pitches and cross-selling Croud products

Required
Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience
Demonstrable experience in Programmatic Marketing
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
A mathematical and analytical mind
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Highly organized and an ability to multitask
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite skills
Proven track record of working to deadlines
Proven time management skills
Clear passion for digital marketing and programmatic display
