Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign objectives and deliverables
Plan, activate, and optimize CTV campaigns using programmatic platforms
Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement
Implement A/B testing across audiences, creative assets, and bid strategies.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with client KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, VCR, engagement).
Provide insights that inform budget allocations and client strategies
Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Manage and analyze audience targeting strategies to drive campaign efficiency and performance.
Monitor campaigns in real time and use data-driven insights to adjust delivery, creative, and targeting strategies.
Evaluate and manage relationships with CTV publishers and networks
Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure CTV campaigns align with broader media strategies
Collaborate with Product teams to test new targeting capabilities and measurement solutions.
Stay up to date on CTV and programmatic trends, platforms, and technologies, ensuring PebblePost remains at the forefront of innovation

Required

3+ years of experience in programmatic CTV or media buying
Proficiency with Magnite/SpotX ClearLine platform, The Trade Desk, or other DSPs
Prior experience in AdTech, performance marketing, or buy-side programmatic execution
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

Preferred

Experience working in start up environments a plus
