Responsibilities
Participate in kick-off calls with clients to understand their unique needs and translate them into action plans for Seedtag
Support the Account Management (AdOps) and Sales teams in troubleshooting programmatic deals and problem-solving
Analyze data from open-market and buyers to improve yield and make data-driven decisions impacting business results
Provide ongoing support and training to salespeople for effective client communication on campaign status and performance
Research and drive improvements to marketplace offerings and functionality to enhance buyer/seller monetization and revenue performance
Ensure deep understanding of best practices when creating programmatic campaigns around specific KPIs

Required
Graduated in a relevant field such as programmatic, advertising, or marketing
2-3 years of relevant experience in trading desk agencies or in the programmatic advertising industry
Proven success working with SSP's/DSP's and other Programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Tradedesk, Xandr, Smart Adserver, Google Ad manager
Excellent data, analytic, and problem-solving skills
Energetic, proactive, and eager to work in a startup environment
