Responsibilities

Provide financial reporting and accounting-related project data in established reports

Track project job expenses and manage change orders and subcontracts

Perform account reconciliation

Provide support to Project Managers for project financial tracking and reporting

Partner with project teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and assist with revenue forecasts, project cost tracking, and project close-out activities.

Manage billings, including fixed price and time & material billings, and ensure billings are prepared in line with customer and contract requirements

Set up contract and service jobs in Vista accounting software

Enter transactional cost information and transfer costs as needed to/from contact jobs and service jobs

Confirm project requirements are met and facilitate the close-out process

Assist with RFPs, including bid forms

Participate and assist with other accounting needs, reporting and account reconciliation

Serve as point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams by providing account information and project updates.

Serve as a resource to internal customers with financial and accounting-related project data.
