Responsibilities

Assist with the coordinated management of multiple related projects concurrently for a single customer

Assist the PM with assessing and monitoring project issues and risks; develops appropriate mitigation plans, coordinates both internal and external resources, escalates per established procedures, to ensure that problems are resolved timely and to the client’s satisfaction

The ability to work virtually with demonstrated ability to facilitate customer and internal meetings by conference calls.

Support projects during client’s time zone and business hours and some limited cases outside business hours.

Defines and initiates projects, assigns project managers to manage cost, schedule and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program.

Accountable for consolidating the financial performance of the program allowing NCR to receive the tangible business value and meet the business objectives identified for the Program.

Accountable for reporting of program scope with strategic business objectives

Update data on project schedules, weekly, monthly reporting.
