Responsibilities

Assist the PM in managing enterprise-wide projects with diverse objectives and scopes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with goals.

Design and implement data collection and retrieval processes tailored to project needs.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on project performance and progress.

Identify, analyze, and resolve technical or process-related issues.

Maintain up-to-date project records, including system changes and revisions.

Develop user guides and technical documentation for project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with established processes and confidentiality standards.

Required

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Advanced technical analysis capabilities in data planning, engineering, and design.

Proficient in presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project analysis with a focus on enterprise projects.

Preferred

California-based candidates are highly preferred.
