Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of client onboarding and technology implementation projects.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, IT, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery.
Conduct kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews with clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Identify areas for improvement in project management and implementation processes.
Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed documentation for all projects, including timelines, deliverables, and post-project evaluations.
Prepare and present reports on project performance and outcomes to leadership.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing client relationships.
1+ years of experience in project management, client implementation, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or technology.
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Proficiency using project management software is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
