Responsibilities
Communicate and develop designs with project managers, consultants, engineers, and other designers.
Leverage due diligence survey information along with client design specifications to produce construction document sets.
Lead project production from the Preliminary through Construction Administration phase.
Work on a variety of multisite commercial projects weekly.
Independently apply architectural concepts and designs.
Delegate work to junior designers and mentor them.
Perform QA/QC on projects and review shop drawings.
Attend site visits and manage project documents for permitting.
Respond to comments and assist with interior development as needed.
