Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from conception to completion
Turn architectural sketches into detailed models and images
Solve technical issues
Collaborate with the team to develop project solutions based on market knowledge and client objectives
Coordinate documentation with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.)
Work with project team, clients, vendors, and consultants
Resolve technical and design challenges
Oversee production of drawings and specifications
Ensure documents meet design intent and technical standards
Manage submittals and address RFIs
Communicate with building and permitting officials
Contribute to project financial success
Assist in drafting proposals and contracts
Build and maintain client relationships

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
8+ years of relevant project experience
State licensure necessary
Critical Facilities/Mission Control and/or data center experience or interest required
Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with BIM360, Enscape, and AutoCAD beneficial
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or SketchUp
Familiarity with materials, construction techniques, and building codes
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software, including Grasshopper, advantageous
