Responsibilities

Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners involved with assigned projects.

Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles, practices, and construction methodologies in a broad array of project types.

Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities.

Researches applicable codes, laws, and standards.

Provides overall responsibility for the preparation of Contract Documents and contract requirements in preparation for various milestone reviews, permitting, and construction.

Collaborates with contractors and clients to facilitate the building process to meet clients' program.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Provides project / administrative oversight for 2-4 architectural staff.

Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem-solving skills.

Be a technical resource for project teams.

Ability to identify client expectations and preferred method of communication.
