Responsibilities

Drafting and modifying Architectural drawings at all phases

Reviewing design documents and construction estimates

Assisting in coordination with engineering consultants, and coordinating documents with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawings

Researching products and materials

Performing constructibility reviews

Required

A degree in Architecture from an accredited college

2-5 years U. S. experience in building design and construction document preparation

Demonstrated knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Strong conceptual, communication, planning and organization skills and capability of working both individually and in a team environment on a variety of projects and tasks

Candidate should be preparing to meet all qualifications to sit for ARE and/ or LEED exams
