Responsibilities
Work collaboratively and coordinate effectively with the team to maximize productivity and efficiency across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate and contribute throughout the entire project lifecycle, from kick off to close.
Organize and complete any necessary administrative tasks including project setup, and project-specific tasks such as researching topics, searching online databases, creating figures in PowerPoint, formatting, compiling, and finalizing reports in MS Word and PDF. May also include some project close tasks and taking notes during internal or external calls.
Communicate progress updates verbally and in written form to project leads or account managers for each project.
Perform multiple tasks on concurrent projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.
Demonstrate commitment to project and clients' needs, including confidentiality.

Required
Associates degree in a relevant field or minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a fast paced environment.
Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, high proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and good working experience with PowerPoint and creating PDFs (Adobe or Foxit)

Ability to work a flex schedule as you will support team members across all time zones within the U.S.
Ability to have your office in your home (we provide equipment)
Preferred
Experience with environmental consulting work products (e.g., Phase I environmental site assessments) is a plus
