Responsibilities

Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Conduct research and provide technical assistance to grantees.

Summarize and write reports, edit, and create presentations.

Update resources and documents, create flyers and posters.

Assist with special projects and other project-related duties.

Produce reports and presentations, communicate effectively with grantees and families.

Attend meetings and training events, maintain work schedule.

Anticipate project needs and accomplish them in a timely manner.

Contribute to a positive work environment, demonstrate flexibility and willingness to change.
