Responsibilities

Support the Capital Projects and Engineering (CPE) group with the implementation and maintenance of project controls systems, including cost, schedule, and risk management.

Help generate associate reporting for capital expansion projects, greenfield and brownfield construction, and T/A projects for Chemical plants.

Assist in furnishing internal reports on cost, schedule, and risk on a monthly basis.

Aid in the preparation of various financial reports as needed.

Compile information for analysis and assist in the preparation of internal reports.

Interface and support project team with gathering information as needed.

Assist with the interface with other departments to provide project financial data as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering, or equivalent

A minimum of one year of comparable work history

Basic knowledge of project controls best practices, methodologies and techniques

Familiarity with the execution of construction projects

Ability to work as part of a team across organizational lines

Good analytical skills and detail oriented

Organizational skills required to simultaneously manage multiple activities

Proficiency with MS Office software, particularly MS Excel

Experience with SAP software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills
