Responsibilities
Ensures project deadlines are met. Determines project changes. Collaborates with project manager to develop project strategies.
Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings. Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Provides administrative support as needed. Undertakes project tasks as required, including training and support for any systems used.
Creates a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and deliverable.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Five years' project coordination and related experience
