Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including document preparation, file management, and meeting coordination
Assist in planning and organizing project activities, ensuring all components are effectively managed
Collaborate with internal and external parties to facilitate major projects
Retrieve data from various sources to comply with financial, legal, and administrative requirements
Present information on departmental procedures and services to orient personnel and disseminate information

Required
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative support or project management
Ability to identify and report operational issues to management
Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Proficiency in preparing budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role
Familiarity with healthcare processes and regulations
Experience in training and mentoring staff
Strong analytical skills for data retrieval and reporting
