Responsibilities
Perform scheduled IT production tasks.
Monitor automated processes to ensure there is no disruption of IT services to End Users.
Serve as a liaison to OneIS, EPIC, or Rev Cycle System Support resources for ORC operational teams.
Perform basic ad-hoc IT tasks as needed per ORC business operations.

Required
5 years of General office experience.
3 years of Healthcare Rev Cycle experience.
Track record in organizing and planning with a proven ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and achieve results in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field of study or equivalent educ/experience
