Responsibilities

Performing duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects, including but not limited to, data entry for quotes, counts through Bluebeam, pulling spec sheets, compiling a submittal, compiling warranty booklets, etc

Acts as a liaison with project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication about project details, updates, and deliverables

Works with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and ship dates

Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables in a timely manner

Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, tracking and reporting project progress, order management, specification and warranty binders

Analyzing data as required

Research information and other projects to support other teams and departments as needed
