Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with project set-up, resource scheduling, budget development, and coordinating with Project Accountants and Project Controls staff to fulfill internal requirements.

Support Project Managers with scope, schedule, budget tracking, change order processing, invoicing, and accounts receivable collections.

Assist in planning and resolving interface issues with field teams and/or customers.

Partner with Talent Acquisition Team for developing position descriptions, reviewing resumes, performance, participating in interviews, and onboarding new staff.

Lead the exit interview processes to support staff retention efforts.

Support the development and implementation of team procedures and training materials.

Stand in or perform in other key project positions, as needed, to ensure minimum project staffing disruptions.

Mentor and coach project team members.

Required

Bachelor's Degree. Preference for those with a focus on finance, economics, business administration, or other business-related discipline.

10+ years' experience in environmental consultancy

Excellent communication (written/verbal), strategic thinking, negotiation, presentation, and 'people' skills.

Must be a self-starter, organized and have an ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Teams
