Responsibilities

Support the HR PMO on operational project support deliverables.

Manage meeting minutes and schedule meetings.

Utilize technical/analytical skills in project management tools like SAS, cloud-based tools, or Excel.

Proactively manage stakeholders and focus on customer orientation.

Demonstrate eagerness to learn and a strong knowledge of MS365 products and project management tools.

Baseline understanding of project management coordination; managing meeting minutes, scheduling meetings and has worked in settings that has shown this skill set

Technical/analytical savviness in SAS/cloud-based project management tools or excel

Proactive by nature and able to think a few steps ahead of people

Stakeholder management/customer focused oriented

Eager to learn/thirst for knowledge. I don’t need a super tenured person, would be open to someone out of college with some intern experience if they seem like a quick study

Strong knowledge of MS365 products (Word, Access and Outlook) and project management tools
