Responsibilities

Assist PM teams in project start up and closeout

Support the development of detailed estimates and bids, work plans, forecasts including analyzing blueprints and specifications and maintaining the estimation database

Ensure that all required project related documents including contracts, permits and insurance are obtained and maintained on file

Provide documentation and answer requests of clients, subcontractors and suppliers

Support project managers and the estimating team with administrative tasks, reporting, and schedule management.

Required

Comfort with supporting the field team as well as working with the in-office team

Attention to detail – you enjoy the detail work of reviewing an RFP and assembling a bid package

You are without ego – you are working in a closely held company where priorities may shift, everyone wears a lot of hats and flexibility and teamwork is needed

Comfort with working in MS Excel – you can generate and work within a spreadsheet, formulas

Excellent organizational skills. You pride yourself on your data entry accuracy and a high attention to detail

Ability to work in office daily in Sacramento, California (schedule you can start as early as 7am)

Preferred

Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) or AutoCAD
