Responsibilities
Update project forecasts, cash flows, and track estimated spend
Serve as liaison between field engineer crew and asset management team; once asset engineers pass data to asset management team, a WO is created. This coordinator would need to make sure POs are closed out and WO is placed in service
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using scheduling software such as Microsoft Projects
Conduct schedule risk analysis and scenario planning to anticipate potential delays and devise mitigation strategies
Collect and analyze project performance data, including earned value management (EVM) metrics, to assess project health and performance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project control documentation, including schedules, cost reports, and change logs
Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to ensure understanding of schedule and cost control processes and requirements

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or similar
3-5 years of project coordination experience including experience with: project scheduling, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and management of Purchase Orders and Work Orders
Proficient in Microsoft Projects
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Preferred
Experience in the utilities industry, specifically with transmission lines
