Responsibilities
Let customers know they come first- you will help transform their home.
Be the hub for installers, vendors, and team members on projects.
Coordinate and confirm installation and materials delivery schedule.
Take action! Work closely with teammates, ensure great communication, and high customer satisfaction.
Schedule and confirm appointments with customers and installers.
Assist installers by taking material orders and problem-solving.
Swoop in and solve problems- all with a positive attitude.
Fast action and resourceful thinking when called upon.
Less heroic but necessary: maintain and process documentation as needed.

Required
Experience working in an office setting.
