Responsibilities

Develop and design template assets for CTA, including: Emails, Teams meetings, PowerPoints, Job aids, SharePoint content and other documentation elements

Assist the K&E Manager and stakeholders in the maintenance and deployment of SharePoint

Create and edit videos for CTA, including: Meeting recordings, Promotion videos, other video formats

Take inventory of SME and business-led training efforts to understand project scope and intended output

Consult with the K&E Manager to understand the priority of projects and final output. Guide project leaders on the direction of projects

Gather resources and knowledge from across the enterprise related to identified training initiatives

Make recommendations to the K&E Manager regarding the scope, outline, and content of programs for development

Use L&D knowledge to build course shells for later finalization to be placed on the 'CTA Learning Shelf' for future deployments

Support facilitation efforts in CTA as needed, either as a lead facilitator or as a project manager for facilitation efforts

Required

Graphic design experience (examples of work optional)

Project management and/or learning & development experience

Proficiency in the following software: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop (or similar software)

No more than 5 years of experience

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
