Responsibilities
Maintain document libraries according to company policy.
Assist with the design and implementation of processes for capturing, storing, and distributing knowledge using SharePoint best practices.
Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the Proposals Team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support responses to Market Surveys, Requests for Information, Pre-Solicitation, Solicitations, Requests for Proposal, Requests for Quotes, Invitations for Bid.
Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Address issues and escalate them to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
Contribute to the development of procedural and work instructions.
Serve as a liaison between different departments or teams.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet organizational goals.
Ensure timely dissemination of important updates or changes.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar program required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business proposal writing and development and/or related experience.
Demonstrate expertise using SharePoint, Project, Visio, Teams, and OneDrive, preferably supporting complex DoD business development projects for a team focused on delivering high volume, timely, and quality work products.
Outstanding English writing and editing skills.
Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver high quality work with strict deadlines.
Collaborative team focused mentality to support cohesive team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
High degree of integrity when dealing with sensitive or proprietary information.
Ability to think critically and possess a strong analytical skillset with a business analysis mindset.
Preferred
Experience working with Government contractor providing Information Technology (IT) services highly desired.
Experience with Scrum and waterfall project management methodologies.
Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) RFP process and documentation.
High proficiency with Microsoft Word to conduct intermediate level functions (Styles, Tables, Page Formatting, Table of Contents generation).
