Responsibilities

Schedule, organize, and manage project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.

Develop and organize comprehensive training materials to support project goals and objectives. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Maintain detailed documentation of meetings, decisions, and project status updates. Provide regular reports to management and project team members.

Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries. Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members, external partners, and leadership.

Assist with various project-related tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance with industry regulations.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Project Manager experience.

Experience creating and delivering training materials.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with project management and documentation tools is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
