Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and support to the customers.
Create and monitor support tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting outcomes.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage funds on ATM machines, including onboarding and scheduling.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to track and manage equipment shipping and support requests.
Provide status updates and detailed reports on ongoing issues and ticket resolutions.
Maintain a high level of attentiveness to tasks and proactively monitor pending ticket status throughout the day.
Meet weekly to provide status, issues, and escalations to the Implementations Project Manager.
Ability to manage risk and escalations as needed.

Required

4+ years experience in project management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or related field.
Understanding of PMBOK project management methodology.
Experience with Project Management tools including: Milestone driven Project plan (dependencies), RACI, Escalation paths, Project status and RAID logs.
Strong administrative skills with an ability to independently manage and monitor tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Experience managing and organizing several work streams with different priorities.
Experience creating, monitoring, and updating project plans.
Experience removing roadblocks and mitigating identified risks.
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and use cases.
Problem-solving skills.
Be flexible to change and willing to adapt to the client and team needs.
Analytic and driven mindset.
Initiative and drive to do great things.

Preferred

Familiarity with the casino industry or a deep understanding of a 24/7 operational nature.
