Responsibilities
Work with other groups to maximize the team's utilization on projects throughout the United States as needed.
Maintain billable resources’ schedules
Meet regularly with branch sales and engineering teams to ensure proactive response to staffing needs and to anticipate staffing constraints
Maintain project status in the resource tracking and invoicing system of record

Required
Experience coordinating multiple aspects of services projects
Ability to work closely with Professional Services Manager on strategic and tactical solutions
Experience in scheduling and leading internal and client project kickoff meetings
Knowledge of setting up projects for appropriate invoicing
Ability to prepare, monitor, and maintain resource forecasting reports, timelines, and project documentation
Experience in meeting with project team to outline, review, and monitor project goals, activities, status, risks, and resource assignments
Ability to work with other groups to maximize team's utilization on projects
Experience in maintaining billable resources' schedules
Ability to meet regularly with branch sales and engineering teams to ensure proactive response to staffing needs
Proficiency in maintaining project status in resource tracking and invoicing system
