Responsibilities
Develop and review creative work orders for clarity and completeness.
Coordinate communications between internal teams and clients to align on deliverables and timelines.
Manage project details in Wrike, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Monitor team capacity, allocate resources, and flag potential bottlenecks.
Assign tasks to match the best talent with project requirements and deadlines.
Maintain workflows and ensure high-quality standards across projects.
Prepare detailed project updates, timelines, and deliverable overviews for clients.
Reconcile creative costs monthly with the Accounts team.
Support recruitment and onboarding of freelancers and independent contractors.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with client services and delivering high-quality customer experience is required.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Ability to foster positive client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
Comfortable facilitating meetings, taking detailed notes, and tracking actionable items.
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred
Experience working with creative teams, freelancers, or independent contractors.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, ACP, or similar).
2+ years of experience in a project management or account management role, preferably within the Sports, Entertainment, or Creative industries.
