Responsibilities
Serving as an administrator to projects within the IT and Compliance departments.
Experience with project management solutions.
Experience and understanding of various project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile), coordination of user testing and solution documentation.
Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures.
Assist with setting up project meetings and maintaining project documents.
Assists in change management related to the implementation of new technology or processes (e.g. communications, end user training).
Support the completion of project deliverables and close out of project documentation.
Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations, processes, and workflows.
Stay abreast of new technology trends and work with a variety of technologies and systems.
Ensure alignment among stakeholders, technical teams and vendors on roles, responsibilities and expectations.
Preferred: Prior experience in translating business requirements into business process or technology utilization.
Experience working directly with engineering and/or other technical teams.
Aptitude for learning new software applications.
Experience with reporting, dashboarding, data analysis (e.g. advanced Excel, MS Power BI).
Preferred: Prior experience in translating business requirements into business process or technology utilization.
Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft suite organization.
Experience with ServiceNow Implementations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field preferred.
Experience with project management solutions.
