Responsibilities
Assist the project management team with assignments and show preparations.
Track and maintain show timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Create and manage show job books, keeping them updated with relevant checklists.
Enter and monitor work orders, alerting the Project Manager about deadlines.
Coordinate travel arrangements for project teams within budget constraints.
Support client invoicing and cross-departmental collaboration.
Handle 3-5 Tier 3 and Tier 4 shows with oversight.
Contribute to the organization of design and photo files for projects.

Required
Bachelor’s degree.
1+ year of industry-related or general work experience; trade show experience is a plus.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, deadline management, and collaboration.
