Responsibilities

Ensure all assigned project components are completed in a timely manner.
Oversee and maintain project structure, project timelines, milestones, stakeholder engagement, and other day to day project activities.
Provide project status updates and/or reports using dashboards.
Coordinate, facilitate, and plan meetings and communications.
Identify opportunities for healthcare innovation and improvement.
Coordinate and support monthly meetings of Trillium’s Health Equity Council.

Required

Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience working in the health field with communities and programs. OR Associate’s degree and four (4) years’ experience working in the health field with communities and programs. OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
