Responsibilities

Ensure safety and quality are the primary focus on all project activities

Tracking and coordination of recurring reports from/to project managers

Tracking of recurring general project processes (monthly EAC confirmations, quarterly SOX addendums, training, milestone performance, resource demand inputs, etc.)

Assisting project managers with risk management analysis and tracking

Communication and coordination of operating experience and lessons learned

Monthly Project Status Review (MPSR) coordination

Process mapping and template development

Supporting project managers during time of increased demand

Other project coordination duties as requested

Project CoordinationMicrosoft OfficeProject ManagementPMI PMP CertificationNuclear I&C Systems

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or other field.

Ability to take accountability and work with a strong sense of urgency

Effective presentation skills, strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and high emotional intelligence

Experience with Microsoft® Office tools is critical

Preferred

Project Management or Project Coordination experience preferred but not required

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is desired but not required

Understanding of nuclear I&C systems, applications, and processes

Westinghouse I&C platform and process knowledge preferred
