Responsibilities
Ensure partners and project team leads have the necessary information to service our customers
Provide training for all newly onboarded partners
Maintain partner documents; licensing and insurance
Communicate contract details with partners, project team leads, and customers
Responsible for reviewing partner & vendor invoices upon receipt
Create, update, and receive purchases orders (labor and material)
Run an expected delivery report on all outstanding purchase orders
Maintain ledger of all subcontract payment totals on bi-weekly basis
Process permit requests through established permit procurement process

Required
Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our system
Customer service oriented personality
Ability to work in a FAST paced, multi-tasking environment
Technologically experienced; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (We are paperless)
High standard of integrity and professionalism
Must be customer service driven
Must be able to pass a background screening
Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance
Preferred
Experience with a CRM and logistics
