Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the HR PMO on any operational project support deliverables. Participates on project teams under the leadership of Project Managers to support project meetings, minutes, follow-up deliverables etc.
Maintains a detailed scheduled for each project of all essential activities and deadlines. Adapts details as necessary in the course of the preparation of the project and alerts Project Manager of changes.
Coordinates with Project Manager to ensure the completion of project-specific requirements at the assignment meeting.
Supports the PMO Intake process; collection, analysis, communication with project requestor etc.
Performs related duties as assigned. Strong customer service orientation.
Clear understanding of budgeting process.
Ability to act diplomatically in an international environment
A proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects of various diverse scope
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes, and technology Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of MS365 products (Word, Access, and Outlook) and project management tools.

Required
Baseline understanding of project management coordination; managing meeting minutes, scheduling meetings and has worked in settings that has shown this skill set
Technical/analytical savviness in SAS/cloud-based project management tools or excel
Proactive by nature and able to think a few steps ahead of people
Stakeholder management/customer focused oriented
Eager to learn/thirst for knowledge

I don’t need a super tenured person, would be open to someone out of college with some intern experience if they seem like a quick study
