Responsibilities
Coordinate registration process for NRRC programs through CivicRec
Provide oversight for expanded programs interns
Assist with RFP process, including coordinating the RFP review protocol
Coordinate placement of seasonal programs
Manage submission of programs in the CivicRec catalog
Compile information and collaborate with Print Shop for seasonal program brochures/posters, flyers and rack cards
Coordinate with Communications staff and the outreach and engagement coordinator for program promotion
Prepare proposal documents and track throughout contracting process
Collaborate with PIOYYA’s Fiscal Manager to establish an invoicing protocol
Coordinate youth employment with program providers, the Department of Recreation, and other host sites
Develop and manage NRRC program attendance documentation
Develop and manage NRRC program outcomes reporting in collaboration with Data Specialist
Conduct on-site visits of programs
Develop and execute standardized communication protocols with program providers including but not limited to monthly check ins, training opportunities, and written communication
Assist the Chief of Youth and Family Success and the Assistant Director of PIOYYA in all efforts related to the transformation of the recreation centers into trauma-informed care NRRCs
Work in partnership with the Data Specialist and Urban AI in the design, collection, and evaluation of data that shows the impact and effectiveness of programming

Required
A High School Diploma or GED is required
Two (2) years of full-time, paid, progressively responsible experience in program administration is required
Must be able to lift and carry thirty (30) pounds
A valid State of Ohio Driver's License is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in education, human development, social work or business or related discipline
Five or more years of experience in business administration, organizational development, project management or related field/areas
Experience working for or in collaboration with local government
