Project Coordinator I

Responsibilities
Process project transactions in project tracking system
Support business process development and improvement efforts
Central point of communication between the program and customers and contractors
Manage inquires to the program (typically via phone and email)
Collaborate closely with other functional teams, especially Engineering and Business Development
Data analysis and Reporting
Trade Ally/contractor education and training
Ongoing Quality Assurance/Quality Control of all active projects
General support to Program Managers who manage programs across all Energy Efficiency program
Support of Finance and Database groups
Other duties as needed that are consistent with this level of staffing to support the general functions of the Efficiency Planning & Engineering Team

High level of customer service
Ability to work effectively with other functional groups
Proficient in Excel
