Responsibilities
Developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives
Leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
Allocating resources efficiently, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope
Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors, to ensure alignment and address any concerns
Tracking project progress through metrics and reporting, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements or challenges
Ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and compliance regulations
Continuously seeking ways to optimize processes and improve project outcomes through innovative technologies or methodologies

Required
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or other technical discipline
Approximately fifteen (15) + years of related work experience including five (5) years in a leadership role
Proven track record in project management, particularly in the construction industry
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience assembling and leading project delivery teams
Experience in managing large-scale and complex data center projects with budgets between $50-300M
Experience in $100M+ projects in sectors like general construction, electrical construction, manufacturing construction, technology or infrastructure (transportation, utilities, communication, buildings or energy) industries
A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required
Willingness and ability to travel; travel is estimated at 70+%
Preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong history of leading, motivating and mentoring cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of construction processes, laws, standards, and regulations
Successful background maintaining high safety standards and delivering quality outcomes
Proficiency in developing and implementing project strategies, plans, and budgets
Established technical knowledge, encompassing construction and engineering processes, procurement, project controls reporting, and contract management
Proficiency in budget management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing project requirements
Building Information Modeling (BIM) knowledge
Experience with Project Management Software like MS Office Suite, CMiC, and P6
Familiarity with Cloud-based Project Management Tools
Knowledge of Sustainability Practices in construction
